Shipping

If there was a delay in receiving your order, get in touch with us at any time via WhatsApp +923083333412, and we’ll locate your items right away. We usually respond within 2-3 hours during business working hours.

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of you placing the order.

Shipping charges

Shipping within Pakistan is free.

For deliveries to other countries, you shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout. The fees depend on how many items you are ordering, and the country to which delivery is being made.

Shipping inside Pakistan

When shipping within Pakistan, we use the services of TCS, one of the best known and highly reliable shipping companies in the country.

Delivery takes 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping outside of Pakistan

When shipping goods outside of Pakistan, we use DHL to ensure a reliable purchasing and delivery experience for you.

Delivery takes 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Production Time

We try our best to maintain an active and fresh stock of all items in our warehouse.

Sometimes however, because of high order volumes, the item you order will not be available in our warehouse and we will have to manufacture a fresh batch.

In such cases (which we try our best to minimize), production can take up to:

  • 10 working days for our leather shoes
  • 15 working days for our leather bags

In case you order an item that we don’t have in stock, we will let you know immediately about the waiting time.

If you want to confirm immediate availability before ordering any item, please get in touch with us using the various methods listed on our Contact Us page.

We promise to always be clear in our communications with you regarding your order status and any delays in the process.

Customs

Depending on the country you are ordering from, you might have to pay an import or customs tax on your order. This is usually payable at the time of delivery to DHL, the courier service we use for international deliveries.

Returns

If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you can always send your item back. There are only a few conditions within our Returns policy:

  • Returns are only accepted within 10 working days of receiving the product.
  • If you receive an item which was damaged during transportation, we will provide an unconditional replacement at your earliest convenience. The damaged product does not have to be returned. Please get in touch with our support team at orders@khalil-ahmed.com to arrange the replacement.
  • If you are returning a shoe because of a wrong size or fit and request a different shoe that costs more than the original, the difference in the costs of the shoe will need to be paid.
  • If you are returning a shoe because of a wrong size or fit and request a different shoe that costs less than the original, the difference in the costs of the shoe can be; provided to you as store credit, or refunded to the original payment method.
  • For replacements because of wrong size or fit, the customer pays for the return shipping only. Shipping of the correct size shoe is paid by us.
  • If you are returning an item because of other reasons and don’t want a replacement, we will deduct the shipping and tax amounts that we paid for the original shipment and refund to you the remaining amount as either store credit or as a refund to your original payment method.
  • Returns are only accepted for unused products in their original condition.
  • NOTE: The seller (Khalil Ahmed) retains the right to deny any and all refunds if the product is badly damaged because of use by the customer. In order to avoid this, we’d love for you to send us pictures beforehand so we can assess the potential damage.
