Once your order is placed, our operations team will get in touch with you (usually within 24hrs) to confirm your order and get any special requests that you might have. If you want to include a gift card, you can provide the details to our operations team.
If you want to ship to the person you're gifting to directly, we recommend paying online as otherwise the courier will ask for payment from the person receiving the package. We use a secure payment provider (2Checkout) that uses the best PCI compliant encryption to process your credit card. We don't store any credit or debit card information on our servers.
You can ask our operations team to only dispatch the gift at a selected date. This way your loved ones will receive the gift closer to Eid. We will dispatch all orders maximum by the 25th of Ramadan so that all of the gifts are received on time.
We will only accept orders for gifts until the 23rd of Ramadan. This gives our operations team time to dispatch the gift so that it reaches your loved ones before Eid. Any orders after this date will be processed after Eid.
